KHAITE offers complimentary returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return form inside the package.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid UPS or DHL shipping label provided in your portal confirmation to the outside of the box, ensuring previous labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and retain your drop-off receipt to track the progress of your refund.
